Unmatched fills in trades tab

Hi, All orders have been placed through Sierra . the trade activity tab reports all orders correctly but the trades tab has unmatched fillls. Also, when I place the order from the chart trade, I can see the position line and the fill marker on the screen for a couple of seconds, then it disappears. Please advise, Thanks |

In regards to unmatched fills, refer to: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TradeActivityLog.php#TradesTabUnmatchedFill (You really do not need to read this because it is not really the main issue) I can see the position line and the fill marker on the screen for a couple of seconds, then it disappears. This is why you have the unmatched fills.This problem is described here: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Trade Position Line or Quantity Disappearing or Displaying Zero Either there is no position data for that symbol available from Trader Workstation or there is a problem that Interactive Brokers is aware of that they are resolving (At least according to another user).
