Hi. I installed version 1697 over version 1689. I am running three charts: ZB, ZN, and ZF. I am also using trade windows for each of these charts. Each trade window is detached and placed just to the right of each chart. When I close and open the trade windows for the ZB and ZN charts, they reappear where they were at the right side of each chart, but, when I close and open the trade window for the ZF chart, it reappears on the chart and I have to drag and drop it over to the right side of the chart each time. Even after I do this and click "Save" and close Sierra Chart and then reopen it, the trade window has moved over onto the chart for ZF. Thank you. Richard Cardenas

This most likely is going to be an operating system level problem. Is the ZF chart a detached chart? Refer to: Detaching and Attaching Chart Windows Another question is do you also use more than two monitors? How many monitors? I am just using one monitor. Everything worked fine when I was using version 1689, and also when I have used all previous versions. This only started happening this morning after I downloaded and installed version 1697. Thank you.

Hi. I just noticed that after I installed version 1697 over version 1689, in each of the "trade windows", the little box next to "Use Attached Orders" was unchecked, whereas it had been checked in 1689... anyway, I put the "check" in the box, saved everything, then closed Sierra Chart and reopened it, and my problem has been solved, and everything appears to be working now in version 1697 as it had been in 1689, with all the trade windows detached and remaining placed next to the right side of each chart. Thank you.

This is troubling. We see no evidence of why Use Attached Orders state would have changed, it did not when we updated, and it certainly would make no difference with a saving of window positions. If you see no problems going forward that is good and we will just drop this. But none of this really has any logical answer at this point.
