LMAX has informed us, that we are not allowed to provide this data feed outside of a trading account. This was a misunderstanding on our part.

Please open a trading account with LMAX or use SC Forex data (FXCM).

I do have a live trading account with lmax, but it is not enabled for fix. Can you provide the data-only connection in this case?

I have forwarded this request over to LMAX. We have to await their response. We cannot do anything that is contrary to what they require from us.

Unfortunately, there is no easy answer to providing the LMAX data feed without you having a FIX account due to restrictions that LMAX is imposing.
