How to explain this. Basically the price action is off by 2.75. I belong to E-mini play and watch their daily videos.I draw in my zones and trade the day. At the moment I am practicing on November 2017. After the second day I noticed the price action was off by 2.75. I compare their high and low of day with what Sierra chart is telling me and both are off by the same amount. Obviously it is showing slicing through the zone and in reality it is not. At the bottom of the chart I am also showing relative volume. Is there a setting I have to change? (hope it is that easy) Thank you for your help.

This is the issue I am having. I hope it helps.Thank you.

Note: If this helps I was checking the charts closer to the most recent date and the difference is less.
