My NG market chart is not working

I don't get any markers when I buy and sell, my ticks on the side are not accurate. I've tried to close it, reopen, delete the chart, add a new chart, move from March to April and nothing can fix this problem. Please advise! Is this a sierra chart issue or data issue? My friends who all use the same settings as me are not having this problem only I am as of this morning.

1. The Symbol Settings for the chart are not correct.

2. In regards to not seeing order fills on the chart, refer to:

Could be that your computer's clock is not set accurately.
