My NG market chart is not working

I don't get any markers when I buy and sell, my ticks on the side are not accurate. I've tried to close it, reopen, delete the chart, add a new chart, move from March to April and nothing can fix this problem. Please advise! Is this a sierra chart issue or data issue? My friends who all use the same settings as me are not having this problem only I am as of this morning. Thanks! |

1. The Symbol Settings for the chart are not correct. Follow these instructions here: Global Symbol Settings: Update/Apply Symbol Settings to Charts 2.
