To whom it may concern, I was just referred to you by my broker AMP Futures to inquire why there is a difference in fill price yesterday (Jan. 25, 2018) on one of my trades. Here are the details: yesterday at 13:57:31 (as per the SC logs) I entered a trade on the F.US.USAH18 and was stopped out with a loss of 3 ticks and this was confirmed by the SC trade logs (see attached). However, when I got my account statement from my broker, AMP Futures, it shows that I was stopped out 1 tick higher making the loss a total of 4 ticks (see attached). Can someone please explain? We do not see any attachments and do not need any. Make sure you are looking at the Trade Activity Log: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity You need to make reference to the "Fill Price" column: Trade Activity Log: Trade Activity Fields If there is a difference, there is no way for us to answer this. This would be something that CQG would need to answer. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
