Hi, I have a problem when drawing lines in a chart. I pick a 5 minutes chart, for example, and I draw a line which goes from one low in a bar to other low in another bar. This line, has several touches of price (I mean, a trend line). Then, if I change the vertical scale, or if the price continues moving and because of the movement Sierra adjust the vertical scale, the trend line moves, in a way that it is not a trend line anymore, because it does not touch the lows. I have even seen the line moving each tic of price movement. It only happens with trend lines. Horizontal lines keep their position whatever the price movement be. Is thera a way to avoid this? If a trend line moves as price moves, become useless. |

I will post an image to see what I mean. On the left of the image, the lines as I have drawn. At the right, several bars after (few minutes after, it is a tick chart). In the circled area, it can be seen an small shift of the blue line, a little bit more far from the bar than in the left. When you adjust the line to the tick, after a while, it is not in the same place. |
