Why is my SC usage date is day by day?

I noticed this when I tried DTC access to get historical and found out the some of the historical data are missing since last friday. Then I checked the SC usage date and it was 1-21!! When I restart SC, now it's 1-23. Does this mean I have to restart SC everyday?? |

This is the correct date: Usage end date: 2018-02-23
Do not confuse this with the timestamps at the end of these Message Log lines. I noticed this when I tried DTC access to get historical and found out the some of the historical data are missing since last friday. Then I checked the SC usage date and it was 1-21!!
