I have lost my crosshair and have tried changing the color and style. Do you have any other suggestions to try?

Hi Support,

I have tried everything included in the documentation link for the ChartValues and still do not have a
crosshair cursor. In addition to the suggestions in the link above, I have also tried changing the color and style as mentioned with no luck.

Can someone take a look and give me an idea of the problem?

Thanks,
Pat

So the tool is selected with a checkmark by Tools >> Chart Values?

And you have left clicked on the chart and you do not see it?

Make sure that you have Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> Chart Values >> Always Active When Selected disabled.

Disabling this option fixed the problem. Maybe this should be added to the documentation for future reference.
