I have lost my crosshair and have tried changing the color and style. Do you have any other suggestions to try? Sierra Chart Support |

Hi Support, I have tried everything included in the documentation link for the ChartValues and still do not have a crosshair cursor. In addition to the suggestions in the link above, I have also tried changing the color and style as mentioned with no luck. Can someone take a look and give me an idea of the problem? Thanks, Pat |

So the tool is selected with a checkmark by Tools >> Chart Values? And you have left clicked on the chart and you do not see it? Make sure that you have Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> Chart Values >> Always Active When Selected disabled. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Disabling this option fixed the problem. Maybe this should be added to the documentation for future reference. "Make sure that you have Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> Chart Values >> Always Active When Selected disabled." Thanks, |
