Hi, With the 1025 version and the new cts fix, I got an issue with my intraday chart 60 min + volume profil. Data are missing. I only got a month of data on my chart. Before with the 997 version (same graph, so same parameters) I always got 4 months of data on my graph and volume profil. In my charts settings, the data range are "June 27" to "today", but the graph only show the data since August 27th (and so 1/4 of my screen is filled). What can I do ? More important with the 1025 version and the cts fix, how to increase and show more data with an 1 hour graph ?? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2013-09-23 13:24:27

Well I've always applied the help topic 42 (with the continuous contract futures option enabled). So far so good, up to the version 997. With the 1025 version, it doesn't work : No matter how many days I choose : - in the "Max. historical intraday days to download" in the "Data/Trade service settings" , - and in the "days to display/load" of the "chart setting" the number of days remains the same ( < 30 days). Nothing I can do to get at least 60 or 90 days. "Delete all data and download" dont change anything. What else can I do ? Is it a bug on my side ? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2013-09-24 08:28:12

The Continuous Futures Contract feature works with all services. There may be a problem with the server providing historical data for the previous contract months. It may be a good process to go through help topic 51 to manually join the data together: Http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails51.html This way you can see which contract month you are not getting data for. I had this same problem yesterday. Somehow, the continuous futures option became unchecked in all of my chartbooks. Have you checked your chart settings to make sure you still have continuous enabled?

During the process of when the data is being loaded for a Continuous Futures Contract chart, the option may be unchecked temporarily. However, when it completes, it will be re-enabled.
