M6E chart shows 0.001 price

Hello,

I changed the data feed and reloaded all data for M6E (micro EUR/USD Futures) and when i went back to the original datafeed (CTS T4), all the M6E charts showing 0.0001 at the right side of the chart and the data feed stopped. All my other Futures charts are working fine.
I tried to delete / download the data, but didn't help.
When i open a new chart with M6E, the same 0.0001 shows up at the right.

What's wrong?

Follow the instructions here to apply the correct CTS Symbol Settings to the chart:
Global Symbol Settings: Update/Apply Symbol Settings to Charts


Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". This is necessary due to the different storage format.

Or follow these instructions if it is a Continuous Futures Contract chart:

Hello,

It didn't help, i'm still having 0.0001's only in the price axle at the right of the chart.

Do you have another idea?

There should be no problem with this.

In Chart >> Chart Settings, what are the following settings?:
Price Display Format
Tick Size
Real-time multiplier

And make sure that you re-download the data.

You also may need to perform a Full Reset of the Symbol Settings and then do the steps given in our prior post again:

Hello,

There are:

- PDP: .0001
- TS: 0.000100

I don't see "real time multiplier", but I see "volume at price multiplier=1"

We have this solved. There was a multiplier setting not set correctly.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
