Hi, I don't really know anything about C++, but I am wondering how hard it would be for me to build a macro into my sierra chart, or some kind of study, that copies a list of date and times from 1 spreadsheet to another spreadsheet once per day at a specified time.

I have just started to google C++ to see if I can figure it out. Can anyone tell me if this will be a waste of time based on what I am trying to do?

As far as I know it's not supported by ASCIL. So to do it I'm pretty sure you would also have to figure out the windows interface members to control the windows, mouse, and keyboard. If no one else can help and you want an immediate solution you might try a windows macro program such as workspace macro or apis. They are generally most reliable when run at normal speed.
