I was trying to add one month to my account but for some reason the bank had a block on my credit card. I tried four times to add the month before I realized this. When I had the block taken off all four charges went through. I only wanted one month, if you could fix that by refunding my credit card the other three payments. Thanks.

Well, not sure if ya'll already refunded or if you never charged and it was just authorized. Going to try again to pay for a month.

We see two transactions about 3.5 hours apart. The 1st one was declined with the following code: Decline code/reason : 05:Transaction declined (do not honor)
The 2nd payment was accepted. And your account was extended by 1 month. Between the 2 payments, we see two other card payment attempts, but those were not finalized. So in summary, your card was only charged once. We suspect that the bank has just put a hold on the other transactions.
