I am getting error messages - download failed when i pull up charts. CQG Fix Data Feed I am getting that message on all symbols. this all happened when i tried to rollover crude oil- rolled to Feb 2018 Cl contract on CME- F.US.CLEG18 I can pull some data and i can get current price but data roll is incorrect and gaps in data on chart. I tried update symbol settings i did redownload of data I also tried a total reset of data. still having same issue Date Time Of Last Edit: 2017-12-18 04:38:34

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
