I have a client that uses the Trade Activity Log regularly and now every time she tries to Save Log As, it crashes. Thoughts? She is on 1669. |

We tried this and cannot duplicate issue. We need to get the TradeActivityLog.DAT file from them. This is located in the main Sierra Chart installation folder. We cannot reproduce the problem. We tried saving the Trade Activity Log with the following settings at the top: All Internal Order IDs All Accounts All Symbols (non-simulated) Date Range >> From 2013-1-1 to Today Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
