Rithmic data feed still disconnecting-Live trades executed within last 15days

I use Sierra for charting another platform for trades, I was informed in last support help to update to Sierra software which i did, but Im still having to reconnect and I have done live trades with Rithmic within the last 15 days 15 or more...What do i have to do to fix this Rithmic Sierra staying connected issue thx R |

We see that you are using a newer version and we have verified that external order fills received do count as trading. So we are not sure what the issue is. Apparently the order fills are not being received by Sierra Chart. What we recommend is entering an order away from the market and canceling it to prevent the disconnections.
