We cannot answer anything about this because we have little idea about the configuration of the chart. We do not even know the symbol. We have to see the standard chart bars as well. Here are the instructions to post an image of the chart: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Thats the point, the standard bar charts are flat lined. Thew symbol is there when I uploaded the chart. Here is another MAJOR data problem. Just in case you cannot see the symbol again, it is CL - 201801-Nymex (CV) http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1512519841465.png |

You need to refer to this section here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails47.html#RepeatingBars And you must use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the proper data feed for that study: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Otherwise it is simply inaccurate. Without using the proper data feed we will decline further support for any data questions like this and you are going to have endless problems.
