Missing historical data RTYZ17

It appears that the historical data for RTYZ17 is missing. I opened a chart window with that Symbol, historical, daily. There is no data displayed and RTYZ17.dly is empty except for the header (Date, Open, High, Low, Close, Volume, OpenInterest) Here's an excerpt from the message log after hitting "Delete all data and download": RTYZ17 Daily #8 | Currently no data in file to display.
