Is there any possibility that when someone flips over from one chart to the other on the same chartbook, their cursor is on Cross Hair mode on one chart but on Pointer Tool mode on the other chart? I don't see this problem on my chart, if I press Cross Hair on one chart, other charts within the same chartbook are all changed to Cross Hair. So maybe there is some setting that caused the above issue? Any idea what might be the reason? Thanks |

Yes, this can be. The Chart Values tool is not active on a chart unless they were to left click to activate it and the tool has been selected through the Tools menu. It sounds as though they might be interested in the Global Cursor feature: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_Tools.html#ChartValues Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
