renko issue and numbers bars

I am running a Renko Bar(Ticks) With a Setting of 3. Graph draw type renkos with wicks. New Trend Bar When Range Exceeded / New Reversal Bar When Reversal Amount Met. Next to this chart I have a numbers bar chart using renkos with the exact same parameters. I use it for entry timing when the numbers bar indicates volume imbalances. Problem is now the charts are completely different. For example on my renko bricks with wicks chart there is a 15:50:07 bar and a 15:50:09 bar. On the numbers chart there are different bars with different timestamps and sizes. For example on the numbers chart there is a 15:50:04 bar and a 15:50:10 bar and a 15:50:17 bar. Previous to the change the renko bar sizes and timestamps matched up perfectly between renko number bar charts and renko bricks with wicks charts provided that the renko settings were the same on both charts. I have tried every combination of parameters and cant get the charts to match. If there is a renko bar with wick on a chart that with a 6 tick height there should be a number bar of the same height and timestamp. This is not the case anymore...or at least I can figure out how to do it. Any help that you can give on this issue will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

There must be a difference with Chart Settings. Close the chart with the Numbers Bars study completely and go to the chart set to Renko Bars and duplicate it:Chart Menu: Duplicate Chart (Chart menu) Add the Numbers Bars study to that new duplicated chart.
