Hi--any thoughts on why this wont work--suppose to use ctl-sh-enter in excel for an array but does not
work in Sierra---pretty sure it is supported.

This does not make sense:
U4:AD5>SMALL(U4:AD5,3)

The > operator cannot be used on a range.
