Interface glitch on a secondary monitor

My laptop is connected to an external monitor which acts as an extended desktop.
Viewing sierra chart on the external monitors creates some interface artifacts as you can
see on the attached file. Some horizontal lines are not seen correctly and also the candles.

I wonder if this has something to do with the fact that my laptop's display resolution is different
than the external monitors' and sierra chart configured itself at first for my laptop resolution.
Any way to reset the user interface or an alternate solution?

Do you mean some of those horizontal lines have a more faint appearance than the others? The ones in the middle.

Maybe there are other lines drawn on top of them affecting the display.

No, this does not make sense. Sierra Chart does not configure itself based on resolution.

Yes exactly, some lines have a faint appearance and that does not happen when viewed on my laptop's display.
Also you can see that some candle ticks have a faint appearance and are barely seen.

OK this is definitely something that we have not seen before.

At those locations where you see the faint horizontal lines, if there is nothing else displayed which could be interfering, which looks like there is nothing else, then this is simply a function of the operating system. It is not anything that Sierra Chart has any control over.

This we do not observe:
Also you can see that some candle ticks have a faint appearance and are barely seen.

There is nothing blocking the view. Perhaps it is the OS then. Thank you for the help

Yes it must be but this is very unusual. It is not something we have ever seen before.

If you do notice a difference with the horizontal grid lines when you move the chart to the other monitor, then that would be a definitive indication that this is an operating system level issue.
