Whenever I try to scroll back using the arrows beneath a chart, it moves like a snail. Whenever i drag the scrollbar, it moves too much too fast. On my 10 second chart, its nearly impossible and takes too long to scroll back just an hour.I have to repeatedly click the arrow and still hardly moves. Why doesn't SC have smooth scrolling?

You need to change the setting for the Scroll Multiplier on the Global Settings >> General Settings >> General 2 page, to change the way the arrows work on the horizontal scroll bar. Ok. Worked great. On my 10 second chart, i changed to scroll multiplier 20. However, when i scroll on my numberbars renko chart, it now scrolls way too fast. Is there a way to change scroll multiplier on chart by chart basis. It's only on my 10 second chart I want faster scrolling.

This is only a global setting, not a chart by chart setting. You will need to find a value that will work best for your situation across the different charts.
