Lagging data

Hello,

I have an issue with lagging data. I am using Rhitmic data from AMP. I am Trading with numbers bars on 2 minutes timeframe. I set SierraChart Data/Trade service settings for 1 TICK data but When I open chart I see that data is lagging. Data are not flowing continuously. I can see it on my numbers bars chart and also on price action chart. On my countdownt timer are big pauses between seconds. For example: 2:00, 1:56, 1:50 etc...

My internet connection is OK. Please check my hardwere If it should be problem: LENOVO G580. Processor Intel celeron dual-core 1,8GHz, 4GB RAM. Is it possible that my computer is not good enough to work with TICK by TICK data?
