Hey guys! When I am trying to autosnap a pitchfork or a line for example on the bottom or top of a bar, the autosnap function completely missfunctions and it autosnaps on the air where price didn't trade whatsoever. Any way to fix this? Tried changing the sensitivity but didn't seem to solve the problem.

What is the Tick Size of that chart set to?. Refer to:
Chart Settings: Tick Size (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)

Also your Sierra Chart account is expired.

It’s 30 seconds as you can see on the picture. I am using another sierra login.

That is not what we asked for. Review post #2 above again and provide us the requested value.

Tick size is set to 0.000050. I provided a screenshot. Please check if it's the correct one.

Thank you!

No, that is not what we need either.

What we referred you to is the Tick Size setting in Chart >> Chart Settings:

Chart Settings: Tick Size (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)

OK now this makes sense. What you see is correct. You will need to uncheck this option:

Chart Settings: Adjust Tool Values to Tick Size (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Drawing menu)
