Stop doesn't working

In my last trades the stop orders send by the software begin to fail...when the price reach the stop order this order is just cancelled, what going wrong?

We see you are using BitMEX. Look at the order in the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders tab. If you see an Exchange Order ID for the order, it has been submitted to BitMEX. After that if you have any questions about the order, contact BitMEX.

We are not in any position to answer these types of questions. If the order has been received by BitMEX, and there is some execution problem, we have no idea why.
