I recently started a free trial (11/6) and set up new account to use with Tradeguider. When I open Sierra and attempt to get a quote the screen flashes continuously downloading. Can you help? Thanks, Robert Petrie |

I am unable to do this, as when the chars start loading the screen locks up and I cannot open anything in the program.

This is highly unusual and basically unheard of. We are wondering if the problem has to do with custom studies.
