I WENT TO THE ESU13 (SEPTEMBER) AND THAT WORKED. I DON'T KNOW WHY THERE WAS NOT A AUTO UPDATE AND I AM NOT SURE WHY IT DIDN'T ROLL FORWARD TO DECEMBER, BUT THE VALUE IS CURRENT.
