I'm testing a one minute and a five minute chart of ESZ17 and have two problems: 1) The one minute chart is running 90 minutes later, in terms of updates, than the matching five minute chart. Even the Real Time Clocks attached to each chart are showing different time values, with the one minute chart running 88 minutes behind the five minute chart. I've checked the time zone settings for both charts, and they do match. 2) On the five minute chart, which does show the correct time, there seems to be a fifteen or twenty minute trading data delay. Is a data delay a feature of the testing phase, since I'm not trading? I was under the impression that I'd be getting real time data. |

In regards to futures data, refer to: Is Historical and Real-time Futures Data Included? Be sure to read through that page in its entirety to understand it. Also the only way to find out the last trade time of a chart bar is to look at the Time field on the chart header: Working With Charts: Region Data Line / Chart Header We do not know what you are referring to in regards to this: Even the Real Time Clocks attached to each chart are showing different time values,
