Hi, I open a chart as intraday but checked the box for 30 days for 'days to load'. When I open min charts everything is fine. But when I open daily and weekly chart everything looks funny. Did I do anything wrong? Thanks in advance. |

Describe what problem you are having with this chart? It is not clear for us. You may want to make that a Continuous Futures contract chart. Hi, Please have a look at the pic. The candle is crumbled up on the left when daily or weekly view is used. When loading the symbol I chose intraday. What have I done wrong? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2017-11-09 03:13:30

thnaks it worked! Both are good suggestions! But I have another problem, now that I can view the daily chart for up to 2 years. How do I load 10 years data for 1 min to weekly time frame for HKFE future indices? Also for ES I could get daily data up to 2006 but 1 min is only 2 days? What did I miss? Just follow through the same instructions here for Intraday charts: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data The historical data for Hong Kong futures data is going to be limited. If you do not receive the data, it simply is not available. It definitely is not going to go back 10 years. At most it would be more like about four years. And only for the Hang Seng index back that far. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. I found the issue. I need to specify the days to load under Chart Setting. Thanks.
