followed advice to transfer files here but does not seem to import my toolbars settings?

Hi, I read and followed the steps on Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation ok it seems to have correctly copied my data files... but the settings are not transferred? My toolbar on the new installation is all wrong, and also showing the wrong settings for chart objects (like pitchfork and cycles). How do I copy all these over seamlessly? it took a lot of time customising the buttons on the toolbar... and also customising all those drawing tools. very surprised they are not copied over. need help :( Date Time Of Last Edit: 2017-11-07 16:40:24

Can you confirm that you have copied over the Sierra3.cfg file? As the Control Bar (toolbar) settings are stored within it.
