I tried to load some histo and ID USDRUB charts, but data are not displayed after 2015-10-09. (SC data feed with IB trading) I deleted the .dly and .scid as described in the doc but this did not fix the problem. It is not the first time that I encounted this problem on fx charts, previous one was fixed doing nothing, a few days after it appeared. Is it a setting problem or a data feed issue ? |

Same problem for GBPMXN, GBPSEK, GBPSGB, HKDJPY, NOKJPY, etc. seems I have the issue on many pairs.

This just means there is no longer any available data for those symbol pairs. This data is just dropped by FXCM for reasons which are not known. I am surprised that USDRUB data unavailability may be due to sanctions : I have some cotation today on IB and on bloomberg. Have you got a link describing the fact that sanctions against russia imply no more cotation of USDRUB ? Regarding the missing pairs in SC data service, maybe I missed sometthing but isn't this list : https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChart_RealTime_And_Historical_Symbols.php&SymbolsPage=Forex supposed to be the list of available symbols ? If not, please provide a link to the relevant documentation or if it does not exist, please provide me the list of pairs available in SC data service. |

We do not actually know the 100% reason why the data was dropped by FXCM. We should not have said. You can try using the symbols here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChart_RealTime_And_Historical_Symbols.php&SymbolsPage=Forex Make sure you prefix them with the ^ symbol. But none of those are going to update in real-time. For real-time updating symbols you need to use the symbols listed in File >> Find Symbol >> Forex.
