As of 29/10/17 c.2000h CET, the External Data Service username field has disappeared from the Account Control Panel/Custom Studies User Access management!

It is no longer needed. Have the user update to the current version: Software Download: Fast Update And have them give you the account Name under Help >> About within their copy of Sierra Chart.
