printkey (F13) on external apple keyboard does not work anymore

please help, with new version 1629 the printkey on external apple keyboard does not work anymore. it looks like a some kind of key remmaping issue. in previous versions (<1614) was everything ok. it is just annoying because i can not make a printscreen with keyboard. thank you ! have a nice day |

It is not possible for this issue to be specific to a particular Sierra Chart version. That makes no sense and definitely could not be. Try clearing the keyboard Shortcuts. thank you! yes i know it was strange and did not make any sense at all. nothing helped until i reinstalled the sierra again. now the printscreen key is working again. thank you for your help. |

This is completely an issue on your system side. If reinstalling Sierra Chart helps, then it is still some kind of an external issue sensitive to something related to the interpretation of the executable in some way.
