Hi, I bought data for SCH and I updated the latest version 1629, but since I am not able to connect. I tried it several times and I also restarted my pc....nothing helps. I have two shortcuts on my desktop: 1. SierraChart 2. Sierra Chart (C--SierraChart) (I don´t know if there are any conflicts) Can I solve this problem without delating SCH and reinstal? I am sending you Message Log, but it was very hard, because when I hit Copy my pc was blocked and I was not able to do anything (slowed down pc very rapidly)(I tried it several times with the same results). We see no connection problems in this Message Log. Why do you say you cannot connect? What is the basis of that conclusion. Is the problem that the ESZ17 chart does not update in real time? I really don´t know what was wrong. When I run SCH it blocked during connection. Anyway, I uninstalled SCH and download it again. I copied my Studies and Chartbook to Data folder. I had to do some global setting, but it works perfectly now. Thank you for your assistance and have a nice day. Dan |
