Candlestick bars not drawing bodies

On my historical data charts, the candlestick bars are drawing just the highs and lows, the bodies are being ignored. Does any one know why or how to fix? Thanks.

On that chart go to Chart >>Graph Draw Types. What is it set to? It is set to Candlestick Bars. I updated to the newest version of Sierra Chart last night and they were drawing like this today. I can send a screenshot, if needed. As I said, its only doing this on the Historical Data charts.

Actually, we were mistaken. We want to know the Daily Open and Daily Close values in the Window >> Current Quote Window.

This is very unusual. Go to Window >> Chart Values Window. What do you see for the Open and Close there?

We can see the Open price for the bar is 0 and that is the problem. You should also see a zero for Open in Window >> Current Quote Window. Confirm if you do. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings After the update, re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Yes, I saw zero as well. I updated the symbol settings and it seems to have worked for all but one of the historical charts - The Daily chart. If I change it to a 2 Day chart, it looks fine.
