I'm getting accurate and timely data from my data feed (Interactive Brokers), but the charts connected to the NDX ticker are updating several minutes behind the data. The NQ charts are updating just fine. I checked this: Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Data and Other Settings >> Record True Real-Time Data in Intraday Charts and it is set to FALSE. I just updated to the newest version of Sierra Chart last night and suspect this has something to do with it as this has never happened to me before. |

Sorry, but I was able to figure this out on my own. The Sierra Chart update blew out my client ID and server settings (is there a reason it won't save these settings?), so the wrong TWS account was being used for data and thus the NDX charts were using delayed data. Issue solved.

The Interactive Brokers settings you have set will not be changed or erased but we do not know the circumstances surrounding that or the exact details and if there any external issues. It is simply impossible for us to answer anything about that.
