Hello - recently my chart calculator is not working correctly. It will ONLY snap to 5 PIP interval locations (i.e. - 1.17405, 1.17410, 1.17415, 1.17420) - even with the AutoSnap enabled, it will ONLY snap to the closest 5 PIP price of the wick of the candle or the open or close. I have tried reloading an older version (1605) but it does not help. I have this issue on both my Windows 10 (VM Ware on Mac) and Windows 7 (Computer). Is there something I did (or something I can change) to get the system back to the 1 PIP background grid? Thank you Ryan Smith |

You need to adjust the Tick Size setting in the chart. Hmmm - still not working. I tried changing the tick size for the EURUSD, but no change. This issue is for ALL chart currencies, not just one in particular. I use FC Forex Data (FXCM) as my data feed.

I just found the issue - still not sure how it happened. My tick size on my chart settings (not global settings) was at .00005. Price setting was correct. Thanks you the advise and help
