Hello, I just wonder - please find attached a snapshot of a footprint 5min down candle - you can see that the candle contains buy blocks from 161.72 to 161.68. How is it possible when the candle went just straight down? I could see on the DOM that those were sell blocks, how could they be reported as buy blocks on the chart? Thanks for explanation. Update Sierra Chart to the current version following the instructions here: Software Download: Fast Update After that re-download the data in the chart with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. Hello, I would just like to ask if there is any chance of looking at the issue again. It still occasionally happens, see the screenshot from today. The red arrow shows to a block that was a Sell, while it is marked on the buy side of the footprint. Thanks a lot. Kind regards, Hana |
