Charts not updating with market moves / data

Ever since updating to the latest version (with the FIX connection to CTS), the charts have been unreliable by not "moving with the market" (ie. charts are not updating). I've tried disconnecting then reconnecting, logging out / in, etc but it made no difference. I didn't experience this with the previous sierra version. Nothing in my PC setup has changed. I'm having the same problem here. The connection looks ok, but no data is been download. (I'm using FIX connection with CTS as well).
