Hello, Support Team, Last month, SC disconnects from CTS FIX every 5-10 minutes. Every time, I get the same message: CTS FIX socket (10) | Encryption stream error encountered. error:140E0197:SSL routines:SSL_shutdown:shutdown while in init | 2017-10-18 01:02:50 CTS FIX socket (10) | Encryption stream error encountered. error:140E0197:SSL routines:SSL_shutdown:shutdown while in init | 2017-10-18 01:02:50 CTS FIX socket (10) | Initiating close of socket by core. | 2017-10-18 01:02:50 CTS FIX: Socket connection was closed without any logout messages sent or received. | 2017-10-18 01:02:50 CTS FIX socket (10) | Shutdown started. Waiting for graceful close. | 2017-10-18 01:02:50 Connection to the external service has been lost. | 2017-10-18 01:02:50 CTS T4 FIX | Disconnected. | 2017-10-18 01:02:50 CTS FIX socket (10) | Received socket Close event. | 2017-10-18 01:02:50 CTS FIX socket (10) | Still waiting for graceful close or receive error. | 2017-10-18 01:02:50 CTS FIX socket (10) | Timed out waiting for shutdown.
