Hi,

It seems that as of today, the DOM decides that an order is a stop or a limit depending on the last trade.

This implies that one side is not able to enter limit orders between the best bid/ask : they will be considered stop orders.

Would it be possible to add an option that the decision is made on the current best bid/best ask (if avail), not the value of the last trade.

Here's a pic of BitMex showing the idea. It's very imporant on crypto exchanges to be able to enter with limit orders due to the fee structure (taker/maker of liquidity), but I can't enter the limit orders on one side (using the DOM)

We know how to solve this. We will work on that.

You can also adjust the General Settings >> Chart DOM Settings to use right-click operations to submit the different order types.

OK, however all the orders settings with right click / left click depend if the price is above/below Last.

If we have a 5 point spread and Last oscillates between best bid/best ask, you can't really settle on right or left clicking in the middle of the 5 point spread.

But what you can do in the settings is use the same Order Type whether the order price is above or below the last trade price.
