She claims the settings on the charts are exactly the same, see below do you guys have any idea why this would occur? She has already refreshed the data, and the other person’s data is the same on the identical chart on TOS, so my guess is that it’s a chart setting somewhere any suggestion on where to look? ---------- [image 1] My chart…. [image 3] Notice the last charts the 96/0 and 97/0 266/91 , something is wrong with my data feed…. Please advise. One thing that we notice is you are comparing Range bars to Renko bars. These are inherently different. You cannot make comparisons between these two types of chart bars. Also in the case of Renko bars and using the Numbers Bars study with them, update to the latest version of Sierra Chart: Software Download: Fast Update A minor/insignificant problem was resolved with those when using the Numbers Bars study.
