OCO orders cancelled

Two open OCO orders were both cancelled. TOP says "Cancelling due to no order update from server". I just uploaded the log.

Also, I am experiencing the same connection issues as this user:
server keeps disconnecting since yesterday around 6pm PST

What is the Service Order ID of those orders?

You can see this field in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders.

In regards to the connectivity issue, the cause of that is not clear at this time.

In regards to orders 6745 and 6746, those are working on the server and are good. So no problem there.


If you still do not see those orders working, the problem is that Sierra Chart is not able to connect to the Sierra Chart CTS server.

I do see the orders now. A restart solved the issue. I am using Mint/Wine. Could this be a cause?

The orders clearly said "cancelled" in the trade log. Now they are pending orders.

Yes for sure this is the cause. Now it explains why that error message was being reported as unknown.
