I am using the "Colour based on alert" study. When price is below the moving average then apply formula 1. When price is above the moving average then apply formula 2. Example: My "Colour bar based on alert condition" formula 1 = "AND(C<O,H-L>TICKSIZE*6)" I only want this to fire when price is below a moving average. My "Colour bar based on alert condition" formula 2 = "AND(C>O,H-L>TICKSIZE*6)" I only want this to fire when price is above a moving average. Thanks. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2017-10-06 09:19:36

What is the question specifically? If you already know the formulas, then it sounds like you are all set. You are going to need 2 instances of the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition study for this. One for each formula. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point. My question is: How do I specify that the alert only triggers when price is above a moving average?
