I am currently using GAIN to trade forex, but considering integrating with Oanda or Forex.com for better spreads. I understand SC won't support Oanda or Forex.com, and I'll be losing a lot of built functionality compared to a supported broker. Is there anything for me to be aware of before proceeding? Like you guys are working on integrating with them, there are known showstopping issues, etc...? I've already built my own trade entry and trade management system into SC, and I don't see any reason why this wouldn't work. Just wanted to ping you guys before proceeding further.

Why not use Interactive Brokers? They are supported: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/InteractiveBrokers.php Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Since last year, US customers require $10m to trade forex. http://news.forexlive.com/!/interactive-brokers-to-cut-off-us-forex-clients-sept-1-20160812 |

One thought is we would set up an omnibus account with Interactive Brokers and use the Sierra Chart order routing functionality to route orders from multiple users. We still have to add the functionality to maintain account balances and positions for subaccounts on the master account. That capability is going to be coming we hope before the middle of next year. Then there would have to be an NFA approved broker who would be interested in offering this solution. But then we do not know the regulatory considerations of this either. This idea has been canceled. Our focus now is on decentralized trading.
