Cannot use Shift+Alt+L to delete user drawn drawings

I'm writing a study that places some horizontal lines on a chart. I made them user drawn lines so I could move them. I can delete each of the lines with the mouse but when I use Shift+Alt+L they do not erase. Other manually drawn lines erase but the acsil supplied user drawn lines remain.
