Hello Is there any way to change how scrolling back works on a chart? For example it currently moves up or down depending on the location of the prices. Is it possible to scroll back while staying still (no up or down so ignoring prices)? Regards Date Time Of Last Edit: 2017-09-30 09:48:04

Update to the current version of Sierra Chart following these instructions here: Software Download: Fast Update For what you want to do, right-click on the Values Scale on the right side of the chart and select Scale Range: User Defined with Auto Set. This will lock the scale to what you currently see. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Although it works on normal bar charts, when I tried applying it on TPO charts it did not work. As soon as I apply Scale Range: User Defined with Auto Set the chart becomes blank. Regards |

Actually, this could be. TPO charts are special in the way that they are scaled. We really do not have time to research this now.

Hello I downloaded today the prerelease version 1622 and it still doesn't work. Can you please confirm it is fixed? I right click on the right scale of a TPO chart, choose Scale range: User defined with Autoset and the chart still becomes blank. Regards |

We verified now that it does work properly. No problem at all. Are there any other studies on the chart? Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. If I create a a new fresh TPO study it works. I will find why my old customized one does not work by creating a new and testing each option I change and I will see which option causes the problem and report. Regards |
