Difficulty Loading indices with Sierra Data Feed

Hi, I'm having difficulty loading real time data for indices, Nasdaq in particular. I've tried $NASX but it does not load with the [M] symbol. I've also tried NASX-IND-NASDAQ to no avail. Individual stocks load fine.
