real time chart - incorrect data

I have followed the instructions and IB TWS accepted the connection. The system deducted $5 for the feed so I assume that I set it up correctly. However, The real time ES futures data is not correct. huge gaps on the 5 min chart. Also I do not the see the 'M' signal next to the ticker that would indicate the Sierra Real time feed. Thank you |

I thought that I had done it. Anyway, signed the form and activated. The [M} showed next to the ticker. Still the ES futures intraday shows gaps. I downloaded a few times but still not good. The NQ chart is fine though. Please advise. Thanks much. |

Re-download the data in the chart that is missing data by selecting Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
